A Heated Confrontation Between Prem and Rahi
Prem defends himself, insisting that while he lied, he never betrayed anyone. He explains how he left behind the luxuries of the Kothari name and lived humbly, never crossing boundaries with anyone. Rahi, however, is hurt by his secrecy. She confronts him, asking why he didn’t reveal the truth earlier, especially when they discussed the Kothari family. Overwhelmed with emotion, she declares her trust in him is broken and asks him to leave.
Before Prem can leave, Babu Ji intervenes, insisting that Prem be allowed to share his complete story. He warns that half-truths are dangerous and urges Prem to speak openly.
Parag Kothari’s Next Move
Meanwhile, Parag Kothari is seen plotting his next move. As he takes diamonds from a locker, Moti Baa advises him to bring Prem back home. She warns that Prem’s feelings for Anupama’s family are genuine and suggests they tread carefully. Parag scoffs at the idea of apologizing but realizes that Prem’s determination won’t waver.
Moti Baa recalls how Parag himself defied his family for love, marrying Khyati against their wishes. She insists Parag must now humble himself for his son, just as she had once pleaded with him to return home.

Prem reveals a shocking truth: Khyati Kothari is not his real mother. He explains that his biological mother, the late Gayatri Kothari, owned the farmhouse they once visited. In the final moments, Parag arrives at Anupama’s house with Moti Baa and Khyati. He apologizes and proposes an alliance between Prem and Rahi. Moti Baa urges everyone to let go of the past, presenting shagun as a peace offering. However, Anupama remains suspicious, sensing that something isn’t right.
